**The Role**
As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional support to our clients' customers via phone and ticket support. You will be responsible for:
* Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Providing accurate and helpful information to customers, using your knowledge of our clients' products and services
* Escalating complex issues to senior support teams as needed
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
* Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our clients' products and services
**Requirements**
* 1+ year of customer support experience in a similar role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
* Ability to pass a background check and obtain necessary security clearances
* Availability to work weekends and flexible hours (see below)
**Availability**
* Must be available to work weekends (Saturdays and Sundays)
* Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and early mornings (see below)
**Work Schedule**
* Monday - Friday: 5am - 7pm Pacific Time
* Saturday: 7am - 7pm Pacific Time
* Sunday: 7am - 6pm Pacific Time
