**What You'll Do**
As a Customer Support Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by:
* Connecting directly with veterinary clinics to process prescription requests, resolve client issues, and clarify order requests
* Conducting thorough examinations and issue resolution to determine the best solutions for clients and facility partners, with follow-up on a case-by-case basis
* Accurately entering prescription information into arenaflex's healthcare software
* Maintaining a high level of quality through data entry and order handling of veterinary pharmacy orders
* Working with empathy, attention to detail, patience, and kindness to clients and partners alike
* Embracing a willingness to learn and grow, with a culture of open feedback and continuous improvement
* Communicating with veterinary facilities via phone (and occasionally other channels) with various topics, utilizing our internal systems and frameworks to investigate solutions and record client note accounts
**What You'll Need**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Exceptional communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
* Ability to multitask (e.g., chatting on the phone while exploring on the computer and taking notes)
* A strong sense of ownership, self-motivation, and attention to detail
* Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook
* High school education or equivalent
* Ability to obtain a Pharmacy Technician Permit from the Kentucky Board of Pharmacy (if required)
* Strong decision-making skills
* Proven ability to perform multiple tasks and excel in a fast-paced environment
* Flexibility to adjust to changing business needs and adapt to new situations
* Ability to work a flexible schedule and stay at work longer than required on a case-by-case basis
* Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
* Ability to pass a background check
