**Job Summary**

* Utilize internet knowledge, e-commerce, and online shopping expertise to resolve customer queries.
* Process and collect payments, verify eligibility, and manage order standing, shipment status, and availability of stock.
* Complete all required correspondence, forms, and documents accurately and efficiently.
* Test and ensure quality assurance in enterprise software.
* Investigate, address, and resolve customer concerns and complaints, choosing the best course of action.
* Demonstrate the value and advantages of careerzynith's products, services, and solutions to clients and potential clients.
* Identify consumer trends and share insights with relevant leaders, divisions, and business partners, providing recommendations for adjustments, modifications, or fixes.
* Uphold support level and customer service standards applicable to your line of business.
* Stay up-to-date with policy, practice, and product changes to effectively and consistently answer customer inquiries.
* Participate in benefit fairs, open enrollment sessions, and client meetings, and occasionally travel overnight for business purposes.
* Assist Sales Representatives with customer inquiries and orders, and process claims in response to changes in workflow and business requirements.
**Requirements**
* Typically possesses the following competencies:
+ 1-2 years of experience in the call center, insurance, manufacturing, software, telecommunications, retail, or eyewear industries addressing moderate to complex consumer requests.
+ Willingness to work any shift, including overtime, weekends, and holidays.
+ Demonstrated familiarity with the internet and comprehension of fundamental browser settings.
+ Ability to use multiple software applications simultaneously.
+ Practical familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite.
+ Ability to prioritize multiple projects and be accessible for incoming calls and requests through effective verbal communication.
+ Proficiency in writing communication to accurately record customer circumstances and draft letters to validate agreements reached.
+ Excellent communication and rapport-building abilities.
+ Ability to pose pertinent and appropriate inquiries to ascertain customer demands.
+ Demonstrated ability to solve problems and negotiate while making decisions.
+ Capacity to implement customer/call handling principles with proper discretion and judgment.
