**What You'll Do**
As a Customer Support Representative, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our pet-parent clients and colleagues. Your responsibilities will include:
* **Connecting with veterinary facilities**: You'll work directly with veterinary facilities to arrange prescription approvals, resolve client issues, and explain order requests.
* **Examining and resolving issues**: You'll use your analytical skills to examine and resolve issues, and follow up with clients and colleagues as needed to ensure that their concerns are addressed.
* **Completing data entry**: You'll enter data into our healthcare software, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.
* **Maintaining a high level of quality**: You'll work to maintain a high level of quality in your work, ensuring that all orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
* **Communicating with clients and colleagues**: You'll work with clients and colleagues to provide exceptional customer service, using your communication skills to resolve issues and answer questions.
