We're passionate about creating an environment where our employees can grow, learn, and succeed. **Job Summary** As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for monitoring and closing out Hughes Enterprise Maintenance orders, verifying details, and assisting with logistics and system support as needed. You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless order processing, resolve internal escalations, and provide exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels. **Key Responsibilities** * Assist with screening and monitoring orders in the system to ensure accuracy and completeness * Collaborate with technicians to close out orders, handle internal escalations, and ensure orders are accepted and rolled on * Update information through data entry, run reports, and update trackers as needed to maintain accurate records * Assist with logistics and system-related issues, providing creative solutions to complex problems * Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels from internal and external customers, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues * Cross-train to support various aspects of the business, including system support and logistics **What's in it for you?** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing a comprehensive benefits package that supports your well-being and career growth.
