**Key Responsibilities**
As a live chat representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via phone, email, or live chat. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Answering customer questions that come in via our website(s) in a timely and efficient manner
* Providing concise and accurate information to customers, resolving their issues promptly and efficiently
* Identifying and flagging major pain points to our liaison team, who will convey the information to other departments to develop and improve our products and services
* Engaging with customers to build meaningful conversations and resolve their issues in a professional and courteous manner
* Completing training programs, including technical, policy, and soft skills training, to enhance your skills and knowledge
