**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Answering customer questions and resolving issues via live chat, phone, or email in a timely and efficient manner

* Identifying and flagging major pain points to our liaison team, who will work with other departments to develop and improve our products and services

**Qualifications**
