**Job Responsibilities**
As a customer support representative on our global customer service content method team, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer support to our subscribers through various channels, including email, chat, and phone
* Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
* Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
* Working closely with our content method team to create and manage support content for our customers and internal teams
* Meeting and exceeding performance metrics and targets
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
