Now, we're ready to take our customer support to new heights, and we need someone with the skills, passion, and dedication to help us achieve this goal. **The Opportunity** As our first Customer Support Representative, you'll be a vital part of our team and play a key role in shaping our customer support processes and systems. You'll have the opportunity to work closely with our team to develop and implement new strategies, and you'll be encouraged to take on new challenges and responsibilities as you grow and develop in your role. Our team is collaborative, supportive, and always up for a challenge. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include: * Communicating with customers via live chat, email, and phone to resolve any issues or concerns they may have * Continuously learning about the features of our app and the broader Shopify ecosystem to provide expert support to our customers * Summarizing product feedback from merchants and suggesting new ways to improve our app * Participating in non-CS related tasks, such as researching new tools, writing blog posts, and creating mockups, based on your natural abilities and interests **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications: * Superb written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner * A passion for helping others and a strong desire to solve problems and resolve issues * The ability to handle difficult customers (although we're confident that you'll find our customers to be friendly and supportive!) * Proficiency in discussing technical concepts at a high level, with a willingness to learn more about CSS, JS, and other technical topics * The ability to write clear and concise technical documentation and articles * A willingness to take on non-CS related tasks and to wear multiple hats in a small startup environment * A strong overlap with GMT+7 9am-6pm (at least 4 hours) to ensure seamless communication with our team and customers **Nice to Have Qualifications** While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable: * Experience working with Shopify, especially in theme development or customization * Experience working with B2B SaaS platforms * Additional languages, particularly French, Spanish, and Italian * Any other skills that can be beneficial to a startup, such as marketing, SEO, video editing, or design **What We Offer** As a valued member of our team, you can expect: * A competitive salary, negotiable based on experience * A dynamic and supportive work environment that encourages collaboration, creativity, and growth * Opportunities to take on new challenges and responsibilities as you develop in your role * A comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and professional development opportunities * A chance to work with a talented and passionate team that is dedicated to making a real difference in the world of e-commerce **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer support, we'd love to hear from you.
