Our team is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences, and we're looking for a like-minded individual to help us take our customer support to the next level. **The Opportunity** As our first dedicated Customer Support Representative, you'll play a vital role in shaping the future of our customer support team. You'll have the opportunity to build a system and processes that will benefit not only our customers but also future team members. Additionally, you'll be encouraged to explore other aspects of our business, potentially switching roles in the future if it aligns with your interests and strengths. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Communicating with customers via live chat or email, resolving any issues they may have, and providing exceptional support * Continuously learning about the features of our app and the broader Shopify ecosystem to better serve our customers * Summarizing product feedback from merchants and suggesting new ways to improve our products * Participating in non-CS related work, such as researching tools, writing blog posts, and creating mockups, based on your natural abilities and interests **Essential Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Superb written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders * A passion for helping people and solving problems, with a strong customer-centric approach * The ability to handle challenging customer interactions (although we have very few of those!) * Proficiency in discussing technical concepts at a high level, with a willingness to learn more about CSS, JS, and other relevant technologies * The ability to write clear and concise technical documentation and articles * A willingness to perform non-CS related tasks, as we're a small startup and everyone wears multiple hats * A minimum of 4 hours of overlap with GMT+7 (9am-6pm) to ensure seamless communication with our global team **Nice to Have Qualifications** While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial: * Experience working with Shopify, especially in theme development or customization * Experience working with B2B SaaS platforms * Additional languages, particularly French, Spanish, and Italian * Any other skills that can be beneficial to a startup, such as marketing, SEO, video editing, or more **What We Offer** As a valued member of our team, you can expect: * A competitive salary, negotiable based on experience * A dynamic and supportive work environment, with opportunities for growth and learning * A chance to work with a cutting-edge Shopify app and contribute to its development * A flexible remote work arrangement, with a minimum of 4 hours of overlap with GMT+7 * Opportunities to explore other aspects of our business and potentially switch roles in the future * A comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement planning, and more **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for technology and e-commerce, we encourage you to apply.
