You will be the face of our brand, and your enthusiasm, empathy, and professionalism will make all the difference. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Responding to customer inquiries via email and social media platforms, including Facebook, X, and Instagram * Maximizing opportunities to showcase our products and services * Handling general customer queries, such as missing orders, payment issues, product availability, and recommendations * Dealing with order queries, including cancellations, returns, and modifying orders * Maintaining and improving sales skills, product knowledge, and competitor knowledge * Developing relationships with customers and encouraging referrals * Providing the best possible customer experience at all times **What We're Looking For** We're seeking a bi-lingual English and Czech-speaking individual with a passion for communication and customer service.
