Properly enter customer information and resolution in the appropriate ticketing system. * **Skill Improvement:** Continuously strive to improve your cognitive and customer service skills, including proficiency with supported products, demonstrated problem-solving ability, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Stay up-to-date with support resources provided by arenaflex and its clients. * **Communication:** Provide feedback on support issues, resolutions, or suggestions to your immediate supervisor or department manager.
