**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Representative to join our team at arenaflex. **Responsibilities**
As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Evaluating and responding timely to a wide variety of customer issues via phone call, chat, or email, ensuring that all customer inquiries are addressed in a professional and courteous manner.
* Providing expertise and guidance to customers while educating them on our products, services, and technology, ensuring that customers have a comprehensive understanding of our offerings.
* Answering inquiries from customers regarding products, procedures, regulations, and fees, providing accurate and up-to-date information to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Completing all account maintenance issues in a timely manner, ensuring that customer accounts are accurate and up-to-date.
* Processing customer video banking machine transactions accurately and efficiently while providing high-level customer service, ensuring that all transactions are processed in accordance with our operational policies and procedures.
* Handling all phases of teller transactions, including checking, savings, and loans, within designated limits, ensuring that all transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.
* Examining and ensuring the validity of all requested transactions/interactions, identifying and reporting any suspicious activity through proper channels.
* Developing and maintaining a strong working knowledge of all bank products and services, staying up-to-date on new products and services to provide expert guidance to customers.
* Developing and maintaining a strong technical knowledge of our core banking system, ensuring that you are proficient in using our software systems and monitors.
* Verifying endorsements as required by teller operational policies, ensuring that all transactions are processed in accordance with our policies and procedures.
* Reporting suspicious activity through proper channels, ensuring that all incidents are documented and reported in a timely manner.
* Adhering to and applying all operational policies and procedures, complying with all Federal and State regulations, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service while maintaining the highest level of integrity and accountability.
* Generating new business to assist in meeting profitability goals, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services to customers.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
* 1 year of previous experience in retail sales or customer service required; 1 year of experience in a financial institution preferred.
* Ability to maintain a professional image and handle stressful situations calmly, ensuring that you provide exceptional service to our customers even in challenging situations.
* Excellent hand-eye coordination and ability to multi-task using multiple software systems and monitors, ensuring that you can process transactions accurately and efficiently.
* Strong interpersonal communication skills and exceptional verbal and written communication skills, ensuring that you can effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
* Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong listening skills, ensuring that you can accurately process customer transactions and provide expert guidance to customers.
* Advanced computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite and data entry, ensuring that you can efficiently process transactions and maintain accurate records.
**Nice-to-Haves**
