**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Support Representative – Chat, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses that meet our clients' expectations
* Providing in-depth information about our products and services, ensuring that customers have a comprehensive understanding of our offerings
* Scheduling appointments and capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review
* Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, ensuring that our clients have a clear understanding of customer preferences and pain points
* Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (although not necessary, it's a plus!)
* Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with a strong ability to multitask and adapt to change
* A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
**Requirements**
To join our team, you'll need to:
* Attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday – Saturday between the hours of 10am-6:30pm CST
* Possess basic internet and window-based computer skills
* Demonstrate a strong ability to multitask and adapt to change
* Showcase a positive and professional demeanor
* Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Be able to work in a quick-paced environment
