Our comprehensive services include proactive management of tools to identify and improve performance, expertise in optics, image processing, and motion control, 24/7 technical support teams, and knowledge management systems. We partner with our field teams and customers in all business sectors to maintain the high performance and productivity of our products. **Job Description** We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Engineer to join our team. As a Customer Support Engineer, you will be responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance work on arenaflex inspection & metrology tools at customer sites. Your primary goal will be to maintain the tools in good shape to achieve uptime, Mean Time To Repair (MTTR), and Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) targets. **Key Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance work on arenaflex inspection & metrology tools at customer sites * Maintain tools in good shape to achieve uptime, MTTR, and MTBF targets * Perform tool pre-installation work, including site preparation and post-installation hand-off * Perform software and hardware retrofit/upgrade and tool relocation/installation as needed * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues * Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge management systems * Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction **Essential Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree or above in a science or engineering field * 2+ years of experience in a technical support or maintenance role, preferably in the semiconductor manufacturing industry * Strong understanding of inspection and metrology tools, including software and hardware components * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Proficiency in technical documentation and knowledge management systems **Preferred Qualifications:** * Master's degree or above in a science or engineering field * 5+ years of experience in a technical support or maintenance role, preferably in the semiconductor manufacturing industry * Experience with arenaflex products and services * Knowledge of optics, image processing, and motion control * Certification in a relevant technical field (e.g., CMRP, CMTE) **Skills and Competencies:** * Strong technical knowledge of inspection and metrology tools * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Proficiency in technical documentation and knowledge management systems * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
