**Position Description**
We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Associates to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis. As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for:
* Qualifying callers for programs, products, or services offered by our clients through outbound and inbound calls
* Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients, resolving complex issues, and escalating concerns when necessary
* Working with a variety of clients, including appointment scheduling, insurance lead qualification, patient recruitment, and medical appointment setting
* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of services
* Meeting and exceeding performance metrics and targets, including call volume, quality, and customer satisfaction
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Working knowledge of Windows-based operating systems, including Google Chrome
* Ability to demonstrate product knowledge once the nesting period is complete
* Adaptability in a fast-changing environment
* A computer at home that meets the minimum workstation requirements, including:
+ Processor: Intel Core i5 2.1GHz or better or AMD equivalent (Ryzen 5 or better)
+ Operating System: Windows 10 (32-bit / 64-bit) or higher
+ RAM: 8GB or more
* A webcam
* High-speed internet access with a download speed of at least 100 and upload speed of at least 10
* A quiet workspace with a dedicated desk
* Ability to attend a full 2-week mandatory virtual training program, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm EST (8am-4pm CST)
