**Position Description**
We're seeking highly skilled and enthusiastic Customer Support Associates to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis. As a Customer Support Associate, you'll be responsible for:
* Qualifying callers for programs, products, or services offered by our clients through outbound and inbound calls
* Handling a variety of calls, including Appointment Scheduling, Insurance Lead Qualification, Patient Recruitment, and Medical Appointment Setting
* Providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients' customers
* Working closely with our team to resolve customer issues and concerns
* Meeting and exceeding performance metrics and goals
**Responsibilities:**
* Qualify callers for programs, products, or services offered by our clients
* Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and excellent communication skills
* Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients' customers
* Work closely with our team to resolve customer issues and concerns
* Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals
* Adapt to a fast-changing environment and prioritize tasks effectively
* Demonstrate product knowledge once nesting period is complete
* Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
**Requirements:**
* High School Diploma or GED is required
* Great verbal and written communication skills
* Working knowledge of Windows-based operating systems, including Google Chrome
* Ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment
* Own a computer at home (cannot be a Chromebook, Notebook, or MacBook)
* Webcam
* Internet access
* Must have a desk/workstation in a quiet workspace
