**Experienced Customer Support Associate – Veterinary Community Engagement**

By joining our growing team, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact and help veterinary organizations spend more time giving care, and less time shopping and comparing across vendors. **About the Position** As a Customer Support Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a pivotal role in engaging with our vibrant community of veterinary professionals to support them in their critical purchasing decisions and processes through the use of our platform. You'll be part of a collaborative team that works together to provide an exceptional experience for our users, leveraging live chats, phone calls, emails, internal discussion boards, and platform demos.
