**Key Responsibilities:**
As a Customer Support Associate at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:
* Swiftly responding to customer concerns on written tickets, ensuring that every user receives timely and effective support
* Proficiency in Google Calendar and email, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize your workload effectively
* Excellent reporting and response skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality support that meets careerzynith's standards
* Collaborating with our team to resolve customer issues and improve our support processes
* Providing proactive support to our users, anticipating and addressing their needs before they become issues
* Staying up-to-date with careerzynith's products and services, with a focus on delivering expert support and guidance to our users
**Qualifications:**
To succeed as a Customer Support Associate at careerzynith, you'll need:
* Excellent English reading and writing skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
* Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to track and improve metrics and identify areas for improvement
* Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Touch typing skills of 45 WPM or above, with the ability to type accurately and efficiently
* Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and resolve issues quickly
* Excellent communication (written and verbal), and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
* Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively, with a focus on delivering high-quality support and meeting deadlines
* Bachelors degree, with a focus on a relevant field such as customer support, business administration, or communications
* Minimum 6 months CS experience, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and support
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Preference for applicants based in central and SE Asia, with a focus on delivering support to our users in their local time zones
