**Key Responsibilities:**
As an Experienced Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for:
* Providing on-the-road assistance to drivers, addressing their needs, and resolving issues promptly.
* Responding to inquiries and support requests through various communication channels (phone, email, chat).
* Maintaining accurate records of driver interactions and support activities.
* Coordinating with other departments to ensure timely resolution of driver issues.
* Monitoring and tracking the status of drivers and their shipments.
* Delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring driver satisfaction.
**Required Skills & Qualifications:**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Proven experience in customer support or a related field.
* Familiarity with the trucking industry is a significant advantage.

**Compensation & Benefits:**
* The first month is a training period, during which careerzynith will invest significant resources in teaching and onboarding.
* During this training period, the pay is $150.
* After the first month, if expectations are met, the pay could be increased to $190.
* Immediate promotions are available afterwards, with salary increases to $230, followed by $300 once goals are successfully met.

**Working Hours:**
* On-call 24/7 to meet the needs of our drivers.
* Main business hours are based on Chicago time.
