**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Support Agent, you'll be responsible for assisting customers both inside and outside our studios via live chat, phone, and email. Your tasks will include:
* Managing bookings and account queries
* Troubleshooting equipment issues
* Completing administrative tasks
* Communicating equipment and estates issues to our Ops team
* Providing exceptional customer service and support to careerzynith artists globally
**We're Looking for**
* Experience in customer service, preferably within a high-volume call centre environment
* Strong understanding of exceptional customer service principles with a customer-first mentality
* Ideally, prior experience working with audio equipment
