As a Customer Success Specialist at arenaflex, you will be at the forefront of this mission, working closely with our customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded. **Job Summary** As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for customers using our food ordering app. Your primary responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries, concerns, and providing information through inbound and outbound phone calls.
