**Job Summary**
As a Customer Success Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling their inquiries, concerns, and providing information through inbound and outbound phone calls. **Key Responsibilities**
* Assist customers in placing online orders, providing support through phone calls, and processing payments securely
* Proactively support customers and maintain brand reputation by identifying and escalating priority issues
* Collaborate with the team to improve customer support and maintain service quality
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our food ordering app and its features to provide accurate and timely support
* Utilize active listening skills to resolve customer inquiries and concerns efficiently
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and arenaflex's products and services to provide expert-level support
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent in any field
* At least 6 months of experience in customer support, with a call center background an advantage but not mandatory
* Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
* B2 level proficiency in English, with Mandarin language skills a must
* Excellent interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented approach
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously
* Strong typing skills, with a minimum speed of 40wpm and 90% accuracy
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a similar role, preferably in the food ordering or e-commerce industry
* Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and Office, with proficiency in CRM software an advantage
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex customer issues

* Experience working in a remote or flexible work environment
