**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Success Specialist / Live Chat Support, your key responsibilities will include:
* Engaging with customers through live chat, addressing inquiries and providing product support
* Maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions
* Documenting customer interactions in our CRM system to ensure accurate record-keeping and follow-up
* Collaborating with other departments to resolve complex issues and escalate where necessary
* Gathering customer feedback and insights to assist in improving our products and services
* Staying informed about new features and services to provide accurate information to customers
* Managing customer accounts and ensuring proper onboarding to enhance their success with our offerings
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent; an associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred
* Previous experience in customer support or a similar role, preferably in a remote environment
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Experience with live chat tools and CRM software
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
* Proficiency in managing multiple chat conversations simultaneously
* Great interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with customers
* 3+ active savings/checkings bank account (this is a MUST)
