**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Success Specialist / Live Chat Support, you will be responsible for:
* Engaging with customers through live chat, addressing inquiries and providing product support in a timely and professional manner.
* Maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions, ensuring that every customer feels valued and supported.
* Documenting customer interactions in our CRM system to ensure accurate record-keeping and follow-up, enabling us to provide seamless support and improve our services.
* Collaborating with other departments to resolve complex issues and escalate where necessary, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible support.
* Gathering customer feedback and insights to assist in improving our products and services, helping us to stay ahead of the curve and deliver exceptional value to our customers.

**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent; an associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred.
* Previous experience in customer support or a similar role, preferably in a remote environment.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to effectively engage with customers and provide clear, concise support.
* Experience with live chat tools and CRM software, ensuring that you can efficiently manage customer interactions and provide accurate support.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet, enabling you to resolve complex issues and provide creative solutions.
* Proficiency in managing multiple chat conversations simultaneously, ensuring that you can provide timely support to multiple customers at once.
