**Job Summary**
As a Customer Success Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing professional learning services, support, and guidance to clients who purchase our Professional Services, specifically around our Achieve3000 web-based curriculum solutions. You'll work closely with internal teams, district administrators, and educators to ensure successful implementation, troubleshoot issues, and gather feedback to drive continuous improvement.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Consult with district administrators to develop and execute a detailed implementation plan, ensuring a smooth transition to our Achieve3000 solution.
* Facilitate the creation of custom integration plans and curriculum alignment, working closely with educators and district leaders to ensure a cohesive and effective approach.
* Coordinate district-wide initiatives, build internal district capacity, and scale for rapid student growth, leveraging your expertise in education technology and adult learning.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with district administrators, educators, and other stakeholders, serving as the primary liaison between the arenaflex customer experience team and the partner district.
* Communicate regularly with school and district leadership, listening to customers, identifying barriers to implementation, providing suggestions to resolve challenges, and responding promptly to all stakeholders' needs.
* Collaborate with school and district leaders to develop implementation timelines and ongoing action plans, ensuring a clear understanding of goals, objectives, and expectations.
* Plan and deliver high-quality professional learning services, manage deliverables, and provide ongoing customer support, including onsite and online workshops, classroom modeling, and individual action-based consulting sessions.
* Monitor usage and progress by analyzing various program data, providing action plans as needed, and ensuring that clients achieve their desired outcomes.
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's or master's degree in education or a related field.
* A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience, with a strong understanding of curriculum design, implementation, and assessment.
* At least 3 years of experience delivering professional learning sessions, with a focus on adult learning and technology integration.
* Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with previous experience training with technology products.
* Ability to travel locally and nationally, up to 50% of the time, with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
* Ability to plan, book, and handle a busy travel schedule during peak times, with a focus on customer satisfaction and timely delivery of services.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working with education technology solutions, including curriculum management systems, learning management systems, and assessment tools.
* Familiarity with adult learning principles, instructional design, and curriculum development.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform decision-making.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
* Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality services and support.
