**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Success Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support and guidance to our small business advertisers. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing timely and effective customer support to ensure our advertisers achieve their goals and grow their customer base
* Logging into an inbound phone queue for the majority of your day, consulting and educating our current advertisers on the value of arenaflex
* Showcasing the value of arenaflex to our advertisers by highlighting their investment returns through ad performance metrics
* Using strong listening and conflict resolution skills to handle escalated clients and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
* Becoming an expert in arenaflex's advertising solutions and adapting product recommendations quickly to suit client needs
* Exhibiting strong communication skills, both externally with clients and internally with other arenaflex employees
* Remaining organized and efficient in a fast-paced environment and consistently achieving/exceeding monthly goals
**What It Takes to Succeed**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities. Here are some of the key requirements:
* A Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years of relevant client-facing experience
* Technical proficiency with computers and information systems
* Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
* Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
* Experience in account management, sales, advertising, or small business (preferred)
* A love for local businesses and understanding of their importance in local economies
* Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to track and complete numerous details
* Ability to handle tough conversations with business owners in a professional, solutions-oriented manner
* Ability to strike a balance between consulting and supporting as needed
* Willingness to receive and implement feedback
* Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and always-changing environment
