**The Role**
As a Customer Success Manager for Canadian Civil Government, you will be responsible for:
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with government customers, ensuring they achieve their mission objectives using arenaflex's products
* Identifying expansion opportunities within existing accounts and collaborating with sales teams to drive renewals and upsells
* Working closely with customers to facilitate training, onboarding, and best practices on integrating arenaflex data into GIS and remote sensing workflows
* Acting as the voice of the customer internally, advocating for feature enhancements and product improvements based on feedback
* Working closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to support customer needs, case studies, and events
* Collaborating with internal stakeholders to share insights on the current status of key accounts and contribute to the development of strategies for future success
**What You Bring**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related field, ideally serving Canadian government customers
* Familiarity with GIS, remote sensing, and Earth observation technologies
* Strong ability to present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
* Ability to translate customer challenges into solutions using arenaflex's data and services
* Experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, and technical teams
* Ability to multitask and prioritize job requirements
* Willingness to travel
**What Makes You Stand Out**
We're looking for someone who:
* Has a deep understanding of Canadian government agencies, their procurement processes, and key initiatives related to climate, infrastructure, and emergency management
* Has experience with platforms like ArcGIS, QGIS, or Google Earth Engine
* Is fluent in French
