**Role Summary**
As a Customer Success Associate, you'll be responsible for communicating with new and potential customers, helping guide them through the shopping experience, answering order questions, and supporting the team to help grow a successful brand. You'll be an independent worker who's comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and is able to meet or exceed established daily interaction numbers every day.
**Expected Hours and Work Schedule**
The expected hours for this role are Friday-Sunday, 2pm-10pm EST. Hours are subject to change depending on the needs of the business. As a remote worker, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, but you'll need to be available to work during your scheduled shift.
**Role Responsibilities**
As a Customer Success Associate, you'll be responsible for:
* Answering any and all interactions during your scheduled shift in a friendly and relatable manner
* Acting as an empowered team member, exercising decision-making skills to enhance each customer's relationship with the brand
* Being empathetic to customers' needs while understanding the business bottom line
* Collecting and sharing feedback to external teams to ensure the needs of the customers are being met
* Performing a minimum of 70 interactions per shift
**Role Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role
* Access to consistently stable internet connection
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* A willingness to take on additional projects and support external team members to support business and customer needs
* On-the-spot, creative problem-solving skills that meet the needs of the customer and the business
**Essential Skills and Competencies**
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet or exceed daily interaction numbers
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

* Experience working in a customer-facing role in the fashion or retail industry
* Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
* Certification in customer service or a related field
