**Role Summary**
As a Customer Success Associate, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service and creating a seamless experience for our customers. You'll communicate with new and potential customers, help guide them through the shopping experience, answer order questions, and support the team to build a successful brand. You'll be expected to meet or exceed established service level agreements set by the Customer Success Supervisor.
**Expected Hours and Work Environment**
The expected hours for this role are Friday-Sunday, 2pm -10pm EST. Hours are subject to change depending on the needs of the business. As a remote part-time temporary employee, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, with minimal distractions and interruptions. You'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating a seamless experience for our customers.
**Role Responsibilities**
As a Customer Success Associate, you'll be responsible for:
* Answering any and all interactions during your scheduled shift in a friendly and relatable manner
* Acting as an empowered team member, exercising decision-making skills to enhance each customer's relationship with the brand
* Being empathetic to customers' needs but understanding of the business' bottom line
* Collecting and sharing feedback to external teams to ensure the needs of the customers are being met
**Role Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role
* A passion for and understanding of the arenaflex brands, customers, and products
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
* Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software and email management tools
