**Role Responsibilities**
As a Customer Success Associate on our evening shift, you'll be responsible for:
* Answering all interactions during your scheduled shift in a friendly and relatable manner, ensuring that every customer feels valued and supported.
* Acting as an empowered team member, exercising decision-making skills to enhance each customer's relationship with our brand.
* Demonstrating empathy for customers' needs while understanding the business's bottom line, finding creative solutions that meet both needs.
* Collecting and sharing feedback to external teams to ensure that customer needs are being met, driving continuous improvement.
* Meeting or exceeding established daily interaction numbers every day, with a minimum of 70 interactions per shift.
**Key Qualifications**

* A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.
* Access to a consistently stable internet connection, ensuring that you can work efficiently and effectively from anywhere.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
* A willingness to take on additional projects and support external team members to drive business and customer success.
* On-the-spot, creative problem-solving skills that meet the needs of the customer and the business, with a passion for finding innovative solutions.
