You'll communicate with new and potential customers, help guide customers through the shopping experience, answer order questions, and support the team to build a successful brand. You'll be expected to meet or exceed established service level agreements set by the Customer Success Supervisor. **Expected Hours and Work Environment** The expected hours for this role are Monday through Friday, 2pm-10pm EST. Hours are subject to change depending on the needs of the business. As a remote employee, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, with access to all the tools and resources you need to succeed. **Role Responsibilities** As a Customer Success Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Answering any and all interactions during your scheduled shift in a friendly and relatable manner * Acting as an empowered team member, exercising decision-making skills to enhance each customer's relationship with the brand * Being empathetic to customers' needs but understanding of the business' bottom line * Collecting and sharing feedback to external teams to ensure the needs of the customers are being met **Role Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role * A passion for and understanding of the arenaflex brands, customers, and products * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet or exceed established service level agreements * Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Essential Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet or exceed established service level agreements * Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Proficiency in using technology, including CRM systems and communication tools * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: * Experience working in a retail or e-commerce environment * Knowledge of arenaflex brands and products * Certification in customer service or a related field * Experience working in a remote environment **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping you grow and develop your career.
