We're a dynamic and innovative company that's always looking for talented individuals to join our team. **Role Summary** As a Customer Success Associate, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service and creating a seamless experience for our customers. You'll communicate with new and potential customers, help guide them through the shopping experience, answer order questions, and support the team to help grow a successful brand. You'll be an independent worker who loves solving problems, making people happy, and putting together outfits for our customers. **Key Responsibilities** * Answer any and all interactions during your scheduled shift in a friendly and relatable manner * Act as an empowered team member, exercising decision-making skills to enhance each customer's relationship with the brand * Be empathetic to customers' needs while understanding the business bottom line * Collect and share feedback to external teams to ensure the needs of the customers are being met * Perform a minimum of 70 interactions per shift **Expected Hours and Work Environment** * Expected hours for the role are Friday-Sunday, 2pm-10pm EST * Hours are subject to change depending on the needs of the business * This role is hired on an at-need basis and will be hired initially as a temp role * If there is a need and the associate meets or exceeds established SLAs, there is the opportunity for a permanent offer after 3 months * As a remote worker, you'll have the flexibility to work from home and manage your time effectively **Qualifications and Skills** * Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role * Must have access to consistently stable internet connection * Exceptional written and verbal communication skills * Willing to take on additional projects and support external team members to support business and customer needs * On-the-spot, creative problem-solving skills that meet the needs of the customer and the business **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Knowledge of the fashion industry and subscription-based services * Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills **Benefits and Perks** * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and retirement savings * Generous employee discounts on arenaflex products and services * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options **Compensation** * Pay range: USD $15.00 - USD $15.00 per hour **EEO Statement** arenaflex celebrates diversity and is committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
