As a Customer Success Associate, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to providing exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. **Role Summary** As a Customer Success Associate, you'll be responsible for communicating with new and potential customers, guiding them through the shopping experience, answering order questions, and supporting the team to help grow a successful brand.
