Our mission is to provide best-in-class roadside assistance to our members, and we're committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences through our innovative technology and dedicated team members. **Job Summary** As a 3rd Shift Customer Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for taking in-bound calls from members in need of roadside assistance, arranging the necessary service by selecting and dispatching a service provider, and providing customer care and follow-up.
