Experienced Customer Solutions Representative – Remote Work Opportunity

As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving issues, and driving customer satisfaction. If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for delivering outstanding results, we want to hear from you. **Key Responsibilities** * **Call Handling & Order Processing** + Verbally receive information from customers to clarify the purpose of the call + Create orders, provide product information, create RGA or refer calls to the appropriate department, dealer/distributor, or sales representative + Coordinate with other departments to verify the availability of products + Recommend product selection based on product application * **Administrative Tasks** + Maintain CRM data + Process or respond to email correspondence from customers or sales representatives + Mail catalogs to customers as requested + Retrieve and send invoices or packing lists as requested + Process credit memos/chargebacks * **Issue Resolution** + Assist customers with the resolution of miss-shipments + Communicate territory/customer problems with assigned sales representatives + Provide basic technical guidance on products + Assist with backorder resolution **Critical Functional Skills & Knowledge** * Solid working knowledge of a call reporting management (CRM) system * Solid working knowledge of phone systems * Ability to read schematics and illustrated parts lists * Solid ERP system knowledge * Working product knowledge * Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel and Word **Education & Experience** * High school degree or equivalent * Solid English verbal and written communication skills * At least 2 years' previous call center environment working as a CSR * At least 3-5 years' previous work experience balancing call center and data entry **Why Join careerzynith?** * **Competitive Compensation**: We offer a competitive hourly rate and a full benefits package, including medical/dental/vision insurance, at date of hire. * **Career Growth Opportunities**: We're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
