As a Customer Solutions Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Responding to and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner * Providing exceptional customer service through direct interactions, including negotiating payment plans, answering billing questions, and initiating service orders * Educating customers about arenaflex processes, policies, regulations, and customer tools * Adhering to a specific daily schedule, including start and end times, scheduled breaks, and lunches * Participating in training and development programs to improve your skills and knowledge * Working collaboratively with other teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction **Responsibilities** As a Customer Solutions Representative, your day will be fast-paced and highly variable based on customer volume and demand. You'll be responsible for: * Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Providing exceptional customer service through direct interactions, including: + Negotiating payment plans + Answering billing questions + Initiating service orders + Taking reports of outages + Safely handling natural gas calls + Researching and analyzing customer account history + Understanding monthly energy consumption and regulated rates * Educating customers about arenaflex processes, policies, regulations, and customer tools * Adhering to a specific daily schedule, including start and end times, scheduled breaks, and lunches * Participating in training and development programs to improve your skills and knowledge * Working collaboratively with other teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction **Qualifications** We're looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and are eager to grow with us.
