**Key Responsibilities**
As a remote Customer Service/Technical Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Assisting external users of our technical products or services with basic and routine inquiries
* Troubleshooting technical issues related to hardware, software, networking, and other designated products
* Providing customer experience-focused troubleshooting and de-escalation services
* Following escalation paths to resolve technical issues and making follow-up outbound calls as needed
* Solving unstructured problems that require extensive conceptual thinking skills
* Ensuring that service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicator (KPI) standards
* Greeting agents in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed-upon procedures
* Listening attentively to customer needs and concerns, demonstrating empathy and building rapport with customers
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* One year of related technical experience (preferably in a customer service or technical support environment)
* A non-Apple, non-chromebook personal desktop or laptop (BYOD)
* Relevant technical expertise related to our program (working knowledge of hardware, software, networking, data storage, troubleshooting, and repair)
* A courteous and strong customer service orientation
* Effective communication skills (written and verbal)
* Ability to learn, including strong problem-solving skills
* Dependability and attention to detail
* Multi-tasking skills, including flexibility and adaptability
* Ability to work as a team member and independently with minimal supervision
* Patience in all customer contact situations, maintaining a pleasant and professional tone and manner
