**Key Responsibilities:**
As a Customer Service/Sales Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Providing fast, friendly service to customers by actively seeking out their needs and providing assistance
* Learning about products using arenaflex tools and providing information to customers to sell an entire project
* Greeting, qualifying, recommending, and closing every customer in your department
* Maintaining the in-stock condition of assigned areas, ensuring they are clean, shop-able, and safe
* Providing a safe working and shopping environment by following all safety policies & standards, completing specified safety training, and reporting hazards or unsafe conditions to the Manager on Duty
* Working collaboratively with colleagues in your department and other departments to deliver an outstanding shopping experience
* Participating in sales promotions, events, and activities to drive sales growth and customer engagement
**Essential Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
* 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience in a retail environment
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Strong product knowledge and ability to learn about arenaflex products and services
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Previous experience in a retail sales or customer service role

* Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system
* Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
