You will be the first point of contact for our customers, greeting them with a smile and ensuring that their visit is memorable. Team Member – Customer Service, your key responsibilities will include: * **Providing Exceptional Customer Service**: Greet each customer with a smile, create a winning experience for every customer, and ensure that every guest leaves our restaurant feeling satisfied and valued. * **Maintaining a Clean and Inviting Environment**: Ensure that our restaurant is clean, organized, and well-maintained, adhering to our high standards of quality and service. * **Preparing and Serving Food**: Prepare and serve our world-famous food to the highest standards of quality and presentation. * **Working Collaboratively with the Team**: Cooperate with fellow team members by helping others when they need it, recognizing others for a job well done, and demonstrating positive energy at all times. * **Maintaining Food and Safety Procedures**: Follow food and safety procedures, and report any issues to the Manager on Duty and/or Restaurant General Manager. **Other Requirements** As a Team Member – Customer Service, you will be required to: * **Arrive on Time**: Arrive at work on time, ready to start your shift and provide exceptional service to our guests. * **Flexible Scheduling**: Be flexible with your scheduling, including working varied shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends. * **Follow Procedures**: Follow procedures regarding operation of restaurant equipment, including fryers, ovens, etc. * **Meet Physical Demands**: Be able to lift up to 25 lbs and carry up to 30 feet, push/pull up to 90 lbs up to 30 feet, and stand and walk for a majority of your work shift. * **Maintain Cash Handling Safety and Security Procedures**: Follow restaurant cash handling safety and security procedures, and adhere to restaurant and City/State/United States safety requirements. **Essential Qualifications** To be successful as a Team Member – Customer Service, you will need: * **Excellent Communication Skills**: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with customers, colleagues, and management. * **Positive Attitude**: A positive attitude, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean and inviting environment. * **Teamwork**: Ability to work collaboratively with the team, recognizing others for a job well done and demonstrating positive energy at all times. * **Attention to Detail**: evenings, and weekends. **Preferred Qualifications** While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial: * **Previous Customer Service Experience**: Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a fast-paced environment. * **Food Service Experience**: Previous experience in food service, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting. * **Leadership Skills**:
