**Job Summary:**
As a Customer Service Supervisor at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our pet resort, ensuring that all guests are cared for in compliance with our company goals and values. You'll work closely with our General Manager to maintain a strong resort culture, empower employees to take ownership of their roles, and provide exceptional customer service to our clients. **Key Responsibilities:**
* Assure all guests are cared for in compliance with company goals and values
* Maintain a strong resort culture by following arenaflex's Company Values and Mission
* Ensure a healthy and safe work environment for all employees and guests
* Empower employees to take responsibility for their roles and goals; delegate tasks and expect accountability and feedback
* Follow all operational procedures as outlined in the arenaflex Operations Manual
* Be knowledgeable of all basic functions of the point-of-sale system
* Open the building in the morning and ensure its security at closing when necessary
* Feed/medicate dogs when necessary
* Oversee all cleaning and disinfecting procedures
* Be capable of performing any job requirement of any staff member except the owner/General Manager
**Qualifications:**
* Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience in pet boarding, luxury hospitality, or high-end retail
* Outstanding interpersonal relationship-building and employee coaching and development skills
* Ability to remain calm under highly stressful and unexpected situations
* Dependable and responsible
* Effective communication skills with all types of people; ability to mediate and problem-solve
