**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Customer Service Supervisor – Central Checkout Operations in Maryland, you'll be responsible for leading a team of Customer Experience Associates in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that every customer interaction is positive, efficient, and exceeds expectations. You'll work closely with your team to resolve customer complaints, provide product information, and promote arenaflex's services.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead a team of Customer Experience Associates in delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Greet each customer upon contact and/or line of sight, ensuring a positive and welcoming atmosphere
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Provide product information and promote arenaflex's services to customers
- Collaborate with the team to achieve customer satisfaction targets and exceed expectations
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer experience and service quality
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement
- Stay up-to-date with arenaflex's products and services to provide accurate information to customers
**Essential Qualifications**
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and exceeding customer satisfaction targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of Customer Experience Associates
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
**Preferred Qualifications**
- 3+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Experience in a supervisory or leadership role, with a proven track record of success
- Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services, with a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences
- Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
