**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for the following key tasks:
* Processing orders, verifying customer information, and resolving any potential issues that may arise
* Providing timely and thorough communication with clients and customers
* Working closely with Business Development Assistants, Business Development Managers, and other support-related areas to ensure seamless order processing and scheduling
* Handling Distress Sale Orders, Will Call Pickups, and Order Auditing
* Participating in regular calls with clients and customers to provide feedback and insight
* Communicating regularly with management to advise on critical issues or opportunities
* Performing some training and vacation/out of office back-up duties
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
* High School Diploma or GED
* 1-3 years of experience in Customer Service working in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to work independently and prioritize duties with minimal supervision, to accurately execute detailed work to meet deadlines
* Ability to complete multiple duties with accuracy, shifting from one to another with frequent interruptions and competing deadlines
* Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft applications, with an emphasis on Excel, Outlook, and web-browsers
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial for this role:
* Experience working in a supply chain or logistics environment
* Knowledge of inventory management and order processing systems
* Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
