As a Customer Service Specialist in the Government and Corporate Affairs division at arenaflex, you'll be part of a talented team that promotes and sells air travel, while providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients. Your role will be multifaceted, and you'll have the chance to:
* Promote and sell air travel on arenaflex
* Prepare itineraries, compute fares, issue refunds, and prepare and issue tickets
* Answer inquiries regarding general travel information and resolve customer problems in a mutually beneficial manner
* Communicate with customers over the phone when researching passenger complaints, advising of cancelled or delayed flights
* Communicate new rules, policies, and procedures that would affect the customer
**What You'll Need for Success**
To excel in this role, you'll need to possess a unique blend of skills, qualifications, and experience. Here's what we're looking for:
* **Minimum Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience/training
+ Strong leadership, organizational, and customer contact skills
+ Ability to be resourceful and creative in problem resolution
+ High level of initiative, good judgment, and dependability
+ Satisfactory attendance required
* **Preferred Qualifications**
+ Experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
+ Knowledge of Native SABRE or similar systems
+ Proven track record of success in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
