If you're passionate about providing exceptional customer service, excited about being part of a high-performing team, and eager to learn and grow, then we want to hear from you! **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Providing exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound telephone calls, ensuring a high-quality experience for both internal and external customers * Working closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and customizing arenaflex programs and services to meet their requirements * Ensuring accurate account setup, maintenance, and closure of all customer account information * Handling customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner, following arenaflex's customer complaint resolution policy * Performing soft collections for customers on credit hold or past due, as well as some cash handling * Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction **Key Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A High School Diploma or equivalent * At least 1+ year of customer service experience * Exceptional customer service and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of building strong relationships with customers and colleagues * Strong organizational skills, with experience in typing and data entry * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on team building and developing a positive rapport with colleagues and customers * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Access * The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering results and meeting customer needs **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset: * Experience in the propane or energy industry * Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software * Certification in customer service or a related field * Fluency in multiple languages **arenaflex Culture and Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a work environment that's supportive, inclusive, and empowering.
