**The Role**
As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling a wide range of inbound and outbound calls, including new sales and service-related calls. Your primary goal will be to ensure the highest level of customer service, quality, efficiency, and accuracy in all aspects of your work. You'll be responsible for:
* Handling incoming calls and utilizing a proactive sales approach to uncover additional sales and service opportunities
* Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of arenaflex products and services, customer account and billing processes, new customer information, and various policies and procedures related to product delivery and service
* Presenting a professional, confident, and enthusiastic image to develop trusting relationships with all customers
* Providing high levels of customer account management by properly setting up and maintaining account information and data
* Processing and coordinating Accounts Receivable, Collections, and Accounts Payable functions and activities
* Handling administrative, data entry, reporting, and reconciliation around asset and inventory controls and purchasing
**Key Responsibilities**

**Requirements**
* Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office, data entry, and the ability to run and analyze reports
* Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments in a team environment
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Bilingual is preferred but not required
**Essential Qualifications**
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a similar role
* Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction targets
* Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
* Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
* Certification in customer service or a related field
* Experience working in a team environment and contributing to team goals and objectives
