At arenaflex, the sky is the limit! **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service & Sales Representative, your responsibilities will include: * Fielding customer inquiries by finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns * Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns * Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues * Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate * Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments * Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes * Providing feedback on call issues * Meeting sales objectives as defined **Qualifications** We're looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do.
