**Job Description**
As an Experienced Customer Service & Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a positive relationship with our clients. You'll be responsible for managing high-volume calls and emails, processing invoices, delivering customer invoices, receiving payments, and running credit card transactions. You'll also be responsible for communicating with vendors to confirm price and availability, processing orders, and keeping track of backorders and past-due invoices.
**Main Job Duties:**
* Manage and assign emails to ensure timely and efficient response to customer inquiries
* Process invoices from suppliers and deliver customer invoices in a timely manner
* Receive payments from customers and run credit card transactions with accuracy and attention to detail
* Enter tracking numbers into ERP and eCommerce websites to ensure seamless order fulfillment
* Manage high-volume phone calls from customers and vendors, providing exceptional customer service and support
* Provide verbal and email quotes to customers, ensuring accurate and timely responses
* Communicate with vendors to confirm price and availability, ensuring seamless order fulfillment
* Process orders with vendors and confirm order acknowledgments to ensure timely delivery
* Keep track of backorders and follow up with vendors and customers to confirm ship dates
* Prepare and reconcile monthly payments to vendors, ensuring accurate and timely payments
* Keep track of past-due invoices and follow up with customers to ensure timely payment
**Skills and Qualifications:**
* Excellent verbal, written, and typing skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and vendors
* Highly detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
* Proactive work ethic and communication, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
* High-level organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
* Friendly and patient demeanor in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to remain calm under pressure
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in eCommerce software and industrial equipment, supplies, filtration, or compressed air equipment a bonus
* Ability to maintain confidential financial documentation, with a high level of integrity and discretion
* Require minimal supervision to complete work and meet deadlines, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility
**Requirements:**
* E-commerce/Support & Sales experience: 3 years (Required)
* A reliable and fast internet connection is required for this position, with the ability to work from home and maintain a high level of productivity
