As a Customer Service & Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

* Reviewing all Sales Rental Orders for compliance and approval
* Analyzing sales figures to identify trends and opportunities

* Contacting all prospects daily from prior interests with arenaflex
* Forecasting future sales to inform business decisions
* Dealing with customer service opportunities to resolve issues and build loyalty
* Maintaining competitor sales and promotions knowledge to stay ahead of the competition
* Training store associates to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed

**Essential Qualifications**
