**Key Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service through inbound calls, emails, and chats, resolving issues efficiently and effectively
* Handling technical support queries, troubleshooting, and resolving complex problems
* Meeting and exceeding sales targets, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues

**Essential Qualifications**
